The hotel is generally very comfortable. Cleaning service is very good. If you need any help or advice you will get it - just ask. Entertainment team is sharing positive vibes during almost whole day within scheduled animations which they provide and also very great interaction with hotel guests. One of the best teams which I will remember. The entertainment programm was giving us great show for every night and day like pool party, disco with DJ, visuals and lasers, dance shows, etc. Everything well organized. Regarding food: you will find everything what you need for every meal. For me it was sufficient at every level. This stay will be remembered for sure and if I would have possibility to visit again Side Premium - for sure I will do it

If you are truly looking for a holiday to have fun to eat fancy and enjoy your holiday in a luxurious way, then Oz Hotels Side Premium is the right choice. I must say very professional and cooperative staff, the smile on their lips never fade out although you see them how hard they are working and can feel how tired they might be but still always available at your service, taking care of huge number of guests with different mentalities are not really easy, Over all its a WOW hotel. The beach is a super clean snack on the beach, always fresh. The food all 3 times different food fresh sea food fresh vegetarian and non vegetarian options, the taste was really great i loved it, specially their fresh croissants in the morning and warm pan cakes with nutella I would miss that breakfast. Overall, the hotel is superb. Only and only i was a little disappointed with the photographer team as he denied my family request. That's his right. i agree totally, but he behaved a little rudely with my wife and tried to ignore her questions or requests, but still, he did click nice photos. He just needs to work on his behavior because being in this kind of hotel itself is an honor, and his behavior can affect guests' mood.

From the very beginning, when we were searching for a place to stay, I contacted Oz Side Premium Hotel and spoke with MURAT. I was genuinely impressed by how involved and helpful he was from the first moment until the end of our vacation. He assisted us with the booking, handled all our requests, arranged airport transfers both ways, and constantly checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. His attention to detail and care made a huge difference. Murat also helped us with booking a la carte restaurant reservations, massage appointments, and even explained how the hotel is organized so we could easily find our way around. Thanks to Murat, everything was smooth and easy, and we truly had a relaxing and memorable holiday. I am deeply grateful for his dedication and professionalism.
