Side Prenses Resort Hotel & Spa All Inclusive

I liked this hotel. Food is delicious and various, stuff is busy but caring and friendly, rooms are clean. Only pool area is always really crowded and not enough of chairs. Nice entertainment in the evenings. Location also good, shops and restaurants at walking distance.

The winning factor of this hotel is the staff, they are professional, attentive, willing and capable of solving any issues. The staff can not do enough for you, The managers / owners are on hand and are absolutely great. We had a great stay. The food was excellent. The rooms were value for the cost of the holiday. The rooms were clean and cleaned evey day. There were only a few English family's there when we stayed in peak season but we found other holiday makers pleasant and decent. If you want loungers near the pool in peak season you need to be up before eight, but there was always availability at the private beach which was a short walk away. There are shops near by and don't miss out on the Bazaar in Manavagat. Staff and managers won our hearts and couldnt do enough for you. Thank you to you all.

Good afternoon. I understand that all hotel guests are equal to you, but perhaps smoking near the children's pool, shaking ashes next to the pool, and throwing cigarette butts into the pool's drainage openings does not bring honor to the hotel.
