Our recent week-long stay at this establishment provided a truly exceptional holiday experience. The weather was exceptionally warm, and the pool and beach were maintained to a high standard, offering clean and inviting conditions. The staff demonstrated commendable dedication and provided excellent service. While some reviews have criticized the expectation of gratuities, it is a standard practice within the hospitality industry. We chose to reward staff members who exceeded expectations, recognizing that small gestures of appreciation were well-received. Although the food selection could become repetitive, there were always options available. The location is ideal. The only significant drawback was the room configuration. Our party consisted of two adults and a teenage son, and the single room arrangement lacked privacy. We were quoted £1,100 to upgrade for the week, and ultimately, an additional bed was accommodated in our existing room. Despite this, we managed comfortably for the duration of our stay. As a friendly reminder, please be aware that early placement of sunbed towels to reserve seating may result in their removal by staff if the beds are unoccupied. This policy, while intended to ensure fair access, has occasionally led to misunderstandings among guests. Please note that the enforcement of this policy may vary and not be daily. Im all for the rule but please do this every day and not when you choose.

The best hotel with the best staff very friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel is very clean and great food. The staff make the holiday they are so good. It one of the best hotels we've been to and will definitely come again. We came as a family of 10 people and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

After a sleepless night flight with a child and an elderly mother, we arrived at the hotel around 8 a.m. Hoping for early check-in, we approached the front desk — only to be told that check-in is strictly at 2:00 p.m., no flexibility, no understanding of our situation. By the pool, all sunbeds were already “taken” — people leave their towels overnight to reserve spots. We saw it with our own eyes: not a single free lounger, and no staff intervenes. The food is a disaster. Every dessert tastes like the same bland mix of starch, sugar, and powdered milk. Fruits are limp and the main dishes are oddly spiced — not for everyone. The final straw: I dived into the pool and was greeted by a clump of hair and floating debris. The water was cloudy, with bits of unknown origin floating around — truly unpleasant. And this was just the first 6 hours of our 10-day vacation. If you have a choice — especially if you’re traveling with children or elderly family — I strongly advise choosing a different place. One star only because it’s not possible to give a negative rating.
