The hotel is new and this can be seen in the rooms, restaurants and rest areas. the staff is bored, poorly trained, always looking for tips. it's a shame that such a luxurious hotel doesn't have adequate staff. the food is good, tasty and diverse. top brand drinks. cleaning is done, more difficult but it is done. entertainment does not exist. parties don't exist. at 11 at night everyone is asleep. DJ doesn't exist. so get ready to sit and eat and drink if you choose to stay here, but not to have fun like it was at other hotels in the area. if I were a shareholder here, I would fire all the reception staff. the vacation starts badly from there in my point of view. bored and tired leaves you with the impression that you did not pay for the services offered. Per total, a good Holiday but clearly not an extraodinarry one.

I stayed at this hotel recently and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was absolutely terrible - flavorless, overcooked, and generally unappetizing. Even the most basic dishes seemed to have been prepared without any care or attention to detail. On top of that, the drinks at the bar were just as bad. I ordered a cocktail and it was so poorly mixed that I could barely finish it. The wine selection was also underwhelming, with only a few low-quality options available. Overall, I found the dining and drinking options at this hotel to be severely lacking. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and selection. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values good food and drink during their stay. Umut and Arthur, who were staying at the hotel with me, were very friendly and fun to be around. They made my stay more enjoyable with their company. In addition, Mert, a member of the staff at the hotel's bar, was extremely attentive not only to us, but to all the guests. It was clear that he enjoyed his work and was very skilled at it. However, I have to say that the animation team was almost non-existent during my stay. There were very few activities or events organized for guests to participate in. This was disappointing, as I had been looking forward to some fun and engaging entertainment during my vacation.
