Side Su Hotel

The staff were awesome. We would especially like to thank Ozzy and Eray for making our holiday even more fun and enjoyable. :))) This hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are clean, the food is tasty and it is situated in a good location, the beach is 3-4 min walking distance. There is also a fabulous view from the rooftop restaurant.And the massage I got by Natalie was amazing, felt very professional. Thank you all!!!

Staff were excellent, food fantastic. Three lovely pools, two with bars. There was no mention, either on their own site or that of the holiday provider, of all the steps outside. Only one of the pools is on ground level, there are three further levels below, one for each other pool and the very bottom one for the bar that has the entertainment. If stairs are a problem for you, you won't be able to access all the facilities as there is no lift outside. Also, it was described as peaceful, but no mention of the very loud music that is played most days outside. Very nice, clean hotel. Easy walk to the beach, but it is absolutely crammed with loungers, not very enjoyable.

2 stars just because of the restaurant view. Apart from that nothing is worthy mentioning about this hotel. We booked a nicer room and they placed us in a crappy hot as hell 1 bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi that we wouldnt use They literally wasted a day for us trying to change the room that we booked! The hotel is so cheap they wouldnt even change bedsheets when cleaning rooms for existing guests! The housekeeping would just come and clumsily mop the floor change the towel and tidy up the bed with no sheets changed!! We slept on the same bedsheet for 7 days! The food sucks! I have been to other all inclusive in turkey and my god side su sucks in terms of food! The same crappy chicken and chips May be 1 meat on friday but thats it! Same old boring and the timings are so bad! Just 2 hours for 3 meals a day and no other food option throughout the day! The whole reception and lounge area doesnt have AC on ! They turn off the lounge lights right after 12 am ! I could keep going on and on about how bad things are! I dont blame any of the staff as i think they are just doing their job as they are instructed by the management. So the management really needs to step and get rid of their cheapness!
