Side Town Hotel by Z Hotels All Inclusive

The hotel was very affordable, I was able to find a deal for $115 for the whole week! It was enough for me to finish my dental work with the Intel Dental nearby. I also received a lymphatic and mixed massages at the hotel with great masseuses: Rose, Anastasia and Sheriff.. After the massage I got more energy and reduced the swelling in the body. Recommend it.

If you're a light sleeper, this hotel isn't for you as traffic noise won't let you sleep. Food menu is missing ice-cream, especially in summer who would want to miss ice-cream? Wifi should be free for all hotel guests as standard but unfortunately there is a daily charge, yet their wifi speed is poor. Lifts are very small, hardly can accommodate 4 people at once. Pool area is very small and numbers of sunbeds around it are very limited which get occupied immediately and some of the people would just leave their towels overnight and throughout the day to keep them occupied and Hotel Management wouldn't do anything about it. People shouldn't be allowed such poor practice so everyone could get a fair chance to use the facilities.

Stayed here for a week. Worst holiday ever. Didnt felt like i had a break and wasnt relaxed at all. Firstly when we booked its name comes as sun beach hill hotel however its actually called town hill hotel. The staff in this hotel moody grumpy not very approachable. Mostly speak german or turkish. The food was ok but not brilliant. Same food majority of days and not much variety. More european pallette than turkish. Had really bad stomach whilst i was there. People in hotel had no patience would push in front of ques and no que at all just everyone scattered everywhere selfish people around. Hotel staff should have strict rules on lining.up. hotel room i should have got i didnt get instead i got room next to a very noisy busy road which i would hear cars bikes late at night so wasnt able to get a good night sleep at all! I asked to be moved however that wasnt the possibility so i had to suffer more with sleepless nights and being tired the next day. Rooms were attended to by house keepers everyday however i noticed they didnt change the bedsheet and pillow cases everyday which is not good at all. There was 2 lifts and were very small and slow. Had to wait 10 minutes at one point for a lift to arrive. Also very dirty inside. And when inside was literally squashed with other people. No wifi at all unless you purchase for 3 euros a day. Wifi only in lobby however was very slow The spa was ok however i didnt enjoy my session of massage and hamam as it was with a unexperienced Ukrainian women called laila. Instead of feeling relaxed i felt hurt and in pain wouldnt recommened a session with her. She would talk to me in her own language knowing well i cant speak or understand so what was the point. Also she would sarcastically mimic when i was in pain which was quite rude and unprofessional. Also sun beds would get occupied quickly with some people.leaving their towels night before so they can use the day after hence meaning others cant use and majority leaving their towels on sunbeds so none available! This was not very fair at all. Overall i wouldnt advice anyone to book this hotel if you want to relax and a have a good time because that wont happen here. Especially if you are of coloured person dont book here as you will feel discriminated on as i did. The germans were looked after more than anyone else. Also i caught some germans looking at me like they never seen a colored person before which was quite disturbing. Dont book this hotel at all costs!!!!!!
