Sidra was amazing! The room was super clean and cozy, with a nice view. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really liked the location — close to shops and restaurants but still peaceful at night. Breakfast was great too. Definitely staying here again next time!
I stay here every time. The service and facilities and food and value are excellent. But the elevator was broken the whole weekend!
If Kenyan airways is putting you here as a transit passenger (because why else would someone stay here) refuse. Its a poorly run and maintianed hotel. Half the lights in the rooms dont work or have bulbs, toilet seat is broken, broken lock on the main door, we got one towel and that had a hole in it. The food they offer the transit passengers is so poor its not worth eating there, but no options to go elsewhere. Lots of staff and few patrons yet it takes 30 mins to clear empty cups from tables and looks like tables are wiped from crumbs abd grease onky once a day by the looks of it. The staff are friendly, but just not well managed.
