Great hotel. Wonderful service. The front desk staff is phenomenal. Renaldo was very instrumental in helping me retrieve my phone that I had left in a private car. He was caring and said not to worry. He has great connections and is very reassuring in all that he does. Thanks so much for your support.

Nestled into a stunning warren of Rome's iconic streets you will find yourself constantly praising this hotels location, 5 mins from the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain 30 mins from the Colosseum and Vatican. 20 mins to everything else. Each of those walks was stunning and offered us many great places to eat and shop. The room itself was very practical, small but not to small considering we were using it as a base opposed to a sit in all weekend location. The things that mattered were executed exceptionally. The bathroom and bed where perfect and the service from the staff was fantastic. Now I travel alot so when I say this is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had that's seriously impressive I don't say that lightly. The only thing I would say is the lift is a little small be we just used the steps anyway. Overall 5/5 perfect for a long weekend in Rome and would recommend to anyone. Stop looking now you've found the best place.

This hotel is in a very good location for sightseeing, so I took my girlfriend for a surprise birthday weekend. I informed the hotel it was a birthday celebration but nothing was mentioned when we arrived. There was no birthday card in the room or chocolates like you get at any other hotel. No one even said happy birthday to her! The guy at the front desk was pleasant enough and quite helpful, unlike the lady at breakfast. One day we had no eggs, the next day no bread, and the last day there was no butter or eggs. When I asked the lady if we could have some butter for our toast (we gave up on the eggs) she told us "there is no butter until tomorrow"!! Really? My only positive is the location.
