The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close to the airport and Fira yet quiet and out the way of the hustle and bustle. Stelios is a fantastic host- friendly, helpful and informative. He recommended places to visit and eat and was fast on WhatsApp if required. Would recommend.

What a great place! Everything was simply perfect. Especially I want to mention the outstanding service of Stelios. We felt like home. I definitely recommend this place for everyone. Make sure you have a rental car, doesn’t matter where you stay on the island. Taxis are not that easy to find.

We arrived before check-in and we were allowed to have access to the room upon arrival. When we arrived it looked like the room was still being cleaned even though we were told it was already clean. With that said, we found that there were some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I notified Stelios who's like the manager of the property and everything was taken care of the next day. Cons: Stains on the floor day 1, pots and pans not clean, fridge not clean, table dirty, flies everywhere, counters dirty, little tables in living room area dirty, and hairs on the floor and some found in the bed. Hairs on floors can be expected, but I hate seeing hairs in the bed. The outside lounge chairs were dirty with an underwear and beer can under the lounge. Pool was dirty with debris but someone came to clean it later in the day. The landscaping, which is beautiful, makes it impossible for the pool to remain clean from day to day. Pros: It is a really nice villa. The place is in a great location about five minutes from the airport. Not far away from Fira city center. I listed the cons because some were found on day one when I think the rooms were not fully cleaned because we arrived early. We cleaned some of the areas that were dirty and got bug spray from Stelios to deal with the flies. As I mentioned, Stelios took care of the other issues the next day. He's very attentive and responsive to any issues we had. He helped us with giving details about what to do on the island and the places to see. Also gave info on places to eat. He's definitely an asset to the property and tenants. I'd stay again if we visited the island.
