I had such an amazing time at the hotel. I loved the ambience. The rooms are quite nice. Very spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to the beach. You can easily access the beach within a minute or so of waking across the road* It is extremely dirty though*. The hotel staff are very hospitable as well. Security around the hotel is also great. Loved the food as well. Very tasteful. Would recommend the hotel for sure.
I was happy with my stay because the room was spotless and the hotel did a really good job of making sure that any music being played around the pool area was stopped at a reasonable time over the weekends. A relatively simple but well run hotel with good security and two fairly decent restaurants. The cleaning staff and reception staff were very sweet and friendly.
The only things going for this hotel are the view, the mostly present wifi and electricity back up. Don't bother with anything else. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who understands what is good for them. See attached pictures of guest bathroom on the morning I was checking out, completely trashed while staff scroll the internet at front desk. Cleaners routinely forget to replenish supplies in the room and even when you ask, staff tend to ignore you unless you stand at reception and wait for the supply. Argumentative front desk staff who also called me at 3:30am asking whether I was checking out! One morning, front desk staff was wearing it appears pyjamas complete with headscarf; one cleaner at the breakfast room was wearing a dirty black rock band branded T-shirt while cleaning. Food at breakfast was routinely subpar: an example is the daily one saucer of fruit for 30 guests to share. Mosquitoes in the room which got in while cleaners were cleaning led to very uncomfortable nights especially since no nets or sprays are provided. I could go on and on but the point, in short is...please avoid this place. Buyer beware 😰.
