I think it's the best hotel in Santiago, but it's a 4-star hotel. It's not luxurious, just a good hotel with good service. Some rooms are dated. I feel like the one I stayed in feels damp or stuffy. But it's a good hotel overall.
Good attention from staff, the rooms could use some attention. No hot water came out of the shower.
Unknown stains on the bed sheets. Room also smells very bad.
