Siete Mares Luxury Suites

I recently stayed at one of the best hotels I've ever visited - Siete Mares Luxury Suites! Besides the stunning views, beautiful pool, stylish room, and delicious breakfast, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive; it was clear that guest satisfaction was their top priority. I've traveled regularly, but I've never experienced such outstanding hospitality. If I return to Santorini, this hotel will be my only choice. While it is located on a fairly large hill, taxis are available at a reasonable price for those who may have mobility issues. The serene atmosphere and breathtaking views made for the perfect relaxing getaway. It's evident that everyone here is dedicated to providing a memorable experience, and they truly pour their hearts into their work. Highly recommended!

The view! It was a great view and the room was clean. It was not far from Fira with taxi. The hotel was not in walking distance to anything so you would need transportation to go everywhere. The taxi service they provided us, was one the best. They were extremely friendly and safe! The bathroom drainage was not the best but it was not the worst.

I’d never recommend this place. The location is remote, with no restaurant, lobby, snacks, or water—not even basic help. One person handles everything poorly. I arrived with kids before check-in to drop luggage, expecting service, but got none. The worst experience ever. When I requested cancellation due to these issues, staff rudely refused and threatened to call the police. While finding another place, we had to wait on the floor with our children. Avoid at all costs!
