A very pleasant hotel. I had a great time there and the scenery was beautiful. The rooms were large and comfortable, the restaurant offered a variety of dishes, and the staff were very pleasant. Ravindu in particular was very smiley and always ready to help others. It was nice to be welcomed so warmly.
Very good service. But the room was not as we expected. The air conditioner had some issues but was repaired by the staff. Food was tasty. One of the restaurant staff had hospitality and friendliness ( especially Mr. Indika)
Arrival was nice with flowers (only for ladies) Thank you Nileesha for the short conversation. Super fast check out. My personal advice most of the staff should under go training in greeting guests instead walk away.
