Dear Signature Management, I recently stayed at your hotel on [insert date], and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Here are the main issues I faced: The reservation staff were unprofessional and unhelpful during check-in. (Especially Ms OIL) The rooms were not clean, with visible dirt and poor maintenance. At the breakfast area, the staff behaved dishonestly. They collected extra money from me, which I later realized was not part of the official charges. This experience was frustrating and made my stay uncomfortable. I expected basic cleanliness and honest service, which were not provided. I have stayed in many hotels across the world, and Signature was worst of them. Epitome of bad customer service, rude staff, pathetic rooms. The hotel is quite old and none of the staff was interested in running it. Hotel had so many rules it felt like they were us stay! Key issues we faced: 1. Booked smoking room, didn't get. 2. Wifi not working throughout 3 days stay. 3. Linen was old and dirty. Even electric kettle was fully rusted. 4. Never seen hotel with wierd rules like you can't order outside food. 5. Funnily, each and every item in the room was priced. Probably many Indians have done thefts of towels, napkins, hangers, kettle etc. 6. Hotel guests were only Indians, mostly single uncles. 7. Which hotel in world don't provide extra towel? This hotel charges 250 TBH for extra towel!! 8. No dental kit, moisturizer etc in the room. Hotel doesn't even provide on request. 9. Only flexibility which many people require is they allow outside 'guests'. 10. Reception people are extremely rude and talk like they own the guests, a lady in curly hair in particular. 11. Carry your own soap and shampoo, as hotel's quality is terrible. 12. One of the staff told us nothing works in this hotel and he is leaving next month. We didn't try breakfast and food as many good options are available right outside. Though, location is good and close to walking street, this is highly avoidable property, esp for families and couples.

When I questioned this, I was shocked to face a false and deeply distressing allegation that I had touched her inappropriately, which is entirely untrue and baseless. This appears to be an attempt to divert attention from the money collected and is a serious attack on my character.
