From the moment I stepped into the Signia by Hilton, I was enveloped in luxury, comfort, and class. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, blending modern elegance with warm hospitality. The accommodations were top-tier—immaculately clean rooms with plush bedding, thoughtful amenities, and panoramic views that made every morning and evening feel like a peaceful retreat. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the experience in Club Signia. This exclusive lounge is an oasis of comfort and sophistication, and it was made even more memorable by the outstanding service from Jason, Reyes, and Brice. Their attention to detail, welcoming spirit, and genuine care for guests created an atmosphere that felt both refined and personal. Every interaction with this trio was a highlight—they anticipated needs before I could ask and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience. Whether it was a morning coffee crafted to perfection or an evening bite of their exquisite food offerings (truly a culinary delight with rotating gourmet selections), everything was done with excellence and grace. Signia by Hilton offers more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, and Club Signia is the heart of that experience. Jason, Reyes, and Brice are true hospitality professionals, and they made my visit not only enjoyable, but exceptional. I can’t wait to return.

We stayed here for a football game at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and the location could not have been better—just a quick, easy 5-minute walk to the stadium. Our stadium-view room was absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny. The room itself was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to answer any questions we had. We tried room service, which was a little pricey but absolutely delicious—honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that there’s no self-parking option; it’s valet only. While convenient, we felt the valet fee was high considering the wait times to drop off and pick up the car. That said, we didn’t need the car at all during our stay, so it worked out fine. If you’re visiting from out of town for a sporting event and want the convenience of walking to the stadium while enjoying a comfortable hotel with great service, this place is definitely worth it. We are already trying to plan future stays.

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the hotel offers a range of nice amenities including a spacious lobby area, dining options, and a well-maintained fitness center. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a pleasant modern feel. The location is also very convenient for events at the World Congress Center or nearby attractions. While it is marketed as a five star hotel, I would say it feels more like a solid four star property. It is a great place to stay in downtown Atlanta and I would return in the future.
