Rick, our shuttle driver at La Cantera Resort, was absolutely wonderful! He was so attentive and made sure we got to and from the resort safely and comfortably. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, and his professionalism and kindness really stood out. Thank you, Rick, for making our experience at La Cantera even more enjoyable!

What a weekend. Love adult pool area and felt so cool and fun. Great drinks and service. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman in the lobby had gorgeous goodies for me and my friends. The perfume “Jordan” is a hit. My friends found cool gifts for their husbands and I matched a wallet perfectly with Jay help. It’s nice having indoor shopping because the outside mall is a nightmare. Thank you for a great experience! Will be back!

Premium price, not a premium experience. Facilities, amenities are 1st class. The issue is staffing. Valet was missing when we arrived early, walked to front desk...no staff present. Found a passing by employee about 5 minutes after arriving. They were very helpful in contacting the valet, and finding a front desk person. The spa was a similar story, overbooked... Think cattle car service, not an individual experience. The massage itself was fantastic...but the dressing rooms were cramped and the waiting in the crowd for your name to be called out amongst the crowd isn't what a luxury spa experience should be. The adult pool was beautiful...but, an average drink order was over a 30 minute wait. Now, the golf experience was great from a service point of view. The hotel and spa could learn from them. So, the facilities are top notch, the staff was helpful and courteous...just not enough. For that price, we can't recommend.
