We spent the day at Signia for a family daycation booking through ResortPass and overall, it’s a beautiful resort with great amenities. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The pool area is spacious and family-friendly, though the water could use a bit more upkeep, there were quite a few leaves and it wasn’t as clean as we expected. Still, it’s a nice place with poolside drinks and food service to relax and enjoy. One downside was that we had to evacuate the pool for about three hours due to a thunderstorm alert. While the weather stayed mostly sunny, we understand the resort is just following safety protocols. It was a bit of a letdown since it cut into our time in the water, but safety comes first. All in all, it's a solid choice for a relaxing day, and we’d love to come back, hopefully with clearer skies next time!

Stayed her 4 nights with kids. The hotel is very accommodating for kids. The pool is great. There are plenty of lounge chairs available. The Muse Cafe has it ALL! Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream and more. The hotel does a scavenger hunt for the kids and they earn a free treat! We ate by the pool every night. Great options! Room size was perfect for our family. Service was great. We will be back next summer!

The Hilton Signia Resort Bonnet Creek offers a visually appealing and comfortable stay. The hotel's aesthetic is undeniably beautiful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. A standout amenity is the expansive pool area, which truly serves as a highlight. It boasts a lazy river, a convenient zero-entry section, and a well-situated pool bar, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. However, the hotel's popularity with convention attendees can significantly impact the guest experience, particularly in the evenings. The lobby frequently becomes crowded with convention groups, which may lead individual guests to feel as though they are intruding on a private event rather than enjoying a shared space. In terms of amenities and services, it's worth noting that, unlike some mid-range Hilton properties, the Signia does not offer complimentary breakfast. Parking presents a significant cost, with self-parking priced at $40 per night and valet service at a substantial $57 per night. For guests with electric vehicles, charging options are available (Level 2), but come with specific regulations: vehicles should not be left plugged in for more than four hours to avoid an additional charge of $10 per hour. During my stay, there were instances of Tesla drivers occupying charging spots without actively charging, which unfortunately limited availability for other EV owners. Upon check-in, guests should be prepared for a $150 per night deposit. Inside the rooms, the beds are notably comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. However, the pillows, while appearing fluffy, are made of feathers and tend to flatten considerably as soon as weight is applied. Overall, the Hilton Signia Resort Bonnet Creek offers a luxurious environment and an excellent pool experience. Prospective guests should be aware of the potential for crowded common areas due to conventions, the lack of complimentary breakfast, and the considerable costs associated with parking and EV charging.
