Loved this hotel. Very convenient all around, has it all. Food was delicious. A little pricey but worth every penny. Our room was on the 94th floor within amazing view. Pool was awesome aswell.
The large, clean room and the view of Seoul through the full-length windows were fantastic. The pool and lounge bar were also great, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed to see the cherry blossoms at Seokchon Lake in front of the hotel, but it was too bad that the flowers had not bloomed yet due to the cold weather.
The location and service is 5 stars but the room was in horrible condition. Stains and marks all over the carpet the floor boards had big scratches also. The tv was very old and only played local Korean channel with no smart tv features for streaming. I was shocked before the lobby was so nice but my room was not at the same standard
