Sikara Lombok Hotel

Our stay at Sikara Hotel was wonderful! The staff were truly exceptional — always kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially loved the poolside lounge — perfect for relaxing after a day out in Kuta. Overall, a beautiful place with great vibes and even better service. We’d come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommended ⭐️

We stayed at Sikara Lombok for over a week and overall had a lovely experience. The good: The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The management is excellent — any issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently. The team was kind and professional throughout our stay. The not-so-good: Breakfast could be improved. It felt quite poor in variety — especially the lack of vegetables. The American breakfast was okay, but the other options were underwhelming. We truly hope this can be upgraded in the future. Another issue that surprised and disappointed us was the towel policy. The hotel doesn’t allow guests to take towels to the beach, only to the pool. This felt strange, especially considering this is a vacation spot and most people don’t bring their own towels from home. We ended up buying towels ourselves, which was frustrating — especially given that we stayed more than a week and paid a fair amount for the room. I even promised to return them clean and undamaged, but the staff still said no. It left a negative impression.

Hotel is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and the lovely rooms + grounds. Very quiet, aside from people’s screaming kids at the pool and outside our room at all hours. Would be nice if the parents had some consideration for other guests. Hotel has weird rules about not allowing guests to use the pool towels at the beach so you need to BYO - not ideal for a 4 star hotel & should be communicated on their website. Overall we really liked it & would recommend. Perfect location & central to everything.
