A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hanoi From the moment we arrived at the Silk Path Boutique Hotel, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering tips for exploring the city, arranging transport, or simply greeting us by name, their hospitality went above and beyond. The location couldn’t be better – right by Hoàn Kiếm Lake, it’s an easy walk to the Old Quarter, the French Quarter, and many of Hanoi’s key sights. Despite being in the middle of everything, the hotel feels calm and relaxing – a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight. The selection was excellent – fresh fruit, Vietnamese and Western options, perfectly brewed coffee, and delicious pastries. Everything was beautifully presented and served with care. Our room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The hotel’s decor blends modern comfort with local charm, and it’s clear a lot of attention has gone into every detail. If you're looking for boutique elegance, outstanding service, and a superb location, the Silk Path Boutique Hotel is hard to beat. We’d return in a heartbeat.

I had a fantastic five-day stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious vegetarian options. Located right next to a beautiful lake and in the heart of the city, the hotel offers both convenience and great views.

Superb hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. Our room was spotless. The breakfast was very nice. The location is perfect, especially with the lake just across the road and so many shops/cafes very close. I'd highly recommend you stay here when you're in Hanoi.
