Amazing stay! Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel offers a perfect blend of tradition and luxury. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with all modern comforts. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was rich with a great variety of local and international dishes. The pool and spa areas are well-maintained and ideal for relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and elegance in Hue!
The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the beach promenade and within walking distance to many attractions. Despite its central location, the pool area is peaceful and beautifully surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. What really makes me want to return, though, is the staff. Even though the hotel is fairly large with many guests, the staff still remember you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and satisfied. The rooms are spacious and always impeccably clean. This is a hotel that clearly understands its greatest strength is its people – and in this case, the staff are outstanding!
Thank you for our recent three-night stay at your beautiful hotel. The interior design is truly exquisite, and it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a welcoming atmosphere. We did encounter an issue on the first night with the air conditioning, which remained at 26°C. The technician’s advice to wait an hour felt a bit impractical at 10pm, but we appreciated the effort to assist. The next morning, we were incredibly impressed by the general manager’s generosity in upgrading us to the executive suite for the remaining two nights. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference to our stay, and the suite itself was wonderful. While the traffic noise until 10pm was noticeable, we understand this is beyond the hotel’s control. Perhaps double-sealed windows could help manage this in the future, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. Your team is clearly dedicated to guest satisfaction, and we would certainly recommend Silk Path to others. Thank you for your hospitality, and we look forward to visiting again! One more thing, we need to take a 7:05 am train this morning and your colleague took our luggage to the rail station for us. Thank you so much
