The hotel is located at the historical district, had a great silk road concept. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The stuff was super helpful and tentative. Overall me and my family had a wonderful time in this hotel, we recommend it to visitors of all kinds.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is situated in the heart of Tokat's old town. It is beautifully designed. The room I stayed in was super clean, the bathroom was lovely and there was a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was big and delicious. It was served in the restaurant which is in a remarkable courtyard with a fountain. If you like live music, it is played frequently in the restaurant. The staff and management were polite, very helpful, and hospitable. My special thanks go to Ceyda for her professionalism, excellent language, communicative and interpersonal skills, and kindness.
This place is so amazing, highly recommended! The caravanserai including it's rooms is beautifully restored and designed with historical elements. The food and service is fantastic, and we were lucky to have live music all night long with an incredibly talented kanun player. You will truly feel like a prince or princess when visiting this place!
