Was terrible please don’t waste your money on these rooms. Was falling apart and dirty. Yes has nice view but curtains were stained, lights falling out of ceiling air conditioner worked at worked at possibly 10%of how it should, vanity drawers falling apart and shower dirty with pump packs empty. They charged a good amount of money and felt ripped off for what was offered. I have photos of it all but it appears they have not allowed pictures on here so people can see what it’s really like. They say renovation started in April. I stayed in July and saw no evidence whatsoever of them being undertaken
The location is very good, close to the main street and marina, with some cafe around and few minutes drive to Pittswater shopping centre. The room was pretty spacious, but the chairs and carpet were stained and very dirty. There was some leakage on the window, so they placed a towel on the edge to cover it. When in the corridor, you will find no sign to help you find your room. The bathtub was damaged and timeworn that we didn't use it. If you are looking to spend some time there, be aware that the TV is old, so not smart, nor able to connect to your devices. The mini fridge was old and not maintained. The freezer part was full of frost, which made our stuff in the fridge part freeze.
The location is good, sadly that was the only positive thing I could say. Very noisy and only working intermittently air con, mouldy bathroom, the tap in the spa just dribbled, the windows were painted black so it was gloomy. The room stank of mould, there was no parking available, the bed was two singles, at different heights and very saggy and lumpy. The furniture is chipped and broken and worst of all it's so noisy, thumping music from a wedding upstairs (it did finish at a reasonable time but before that it was just loud), doors stamming all night. The photos make it look like ok, it is not. I hope the manager doesn't write a lame excuse like " ...we are excited to announce its being renovated, blah, blah", spend the time making a list of things that need fixing and get some cups to go beside the proxy old kettle, tea bags and coffee would have been nice.
