Big room with lovely beds and fantastic view! The breakfast was delicious, but the best about this hotel was the great staff, like Zoë, who helped us fantastically. A real angel! We highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel location just a few negatives of the room. The pillows are massive and uncomfortable to sleep. The other there is no slip mat in the bath when standing up having a shower just a caution for more of the elderly people they could slip please rectify this

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. It's location is excellent, some of their staff are really friendly and helpful but ... We booked the design room valley side. The room was spacious, but completely open. No door to the bathroom, and an open window between bathroom and bed. No privacy at all. Luckily, we were there as a couple, but still, keeping the options open would be nice. There was a problem with the water pressure in the shower (5th floor), With our direct booking, access to the wellness, bathrobe and slippers were included. Bathrobe and slippers were not available in our room and when asking the reception why, we suddenly had to pay extra for it. Showing my reservation email solved the issue, but still this is not the warm welcome you expect. Breakfast on Sunday morning, > 30m before closing, was a joke, the buffet was almost empty. I had to eat (the last) croissant with a piece of cheese leftover and a coffee. Not what you expect from an hotel that standard. Mentioning this flaw to the reception, they didn't even consider to refund our breakfast or to offer us something instead, they just wrote a note to management. Wellness is unattended, you have to look for your towels yourself, and hope no accidents happens, because there is no staff. There is still a lot of work to be done to elevate the service level of this hotel to an acceptable standard.
