The room is really clean, nice, safe, and rich with Georgian culture. The hospitality is especially nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for your travels.

We are a new family tourist in Tbilisi, Georgia. So everything is new to us then we search for an affordable place to stay in online. We found this hotel and we can say that everything went well. 2 thumbs for the staff specially to the 2 staff at the kitchen for breakfast. Then we have Madonna who helped us set up a birthday decoration in our room for our 4 year old son who celebrated his birthday last 29th of November. And not to mention Giorgi the receptionist and the one manages the hospital for our 3 nights stay there. He was so helpful even it is late night. If there is a 6 star or more we can give this guy more than 5 star review and 2 thumbs up. Thank you for everything you did for our stay specially during our son’s birthday. We will be here again definitely. 🫰🏻🙏🏻😊

If you’re looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay, this hotel will make sure you get the exact opposite. Breakfast? Forget it. Unless you plan on starting your day well after 9 a.m., you’ll miss it — like we did both mornings. One day because we had an organized excursion, the other because we were leaving at 08:20 (which in any respectable hotel is still considered morning, not the middle of the night). The soundproofing is a joke — we could hear our neighbours at all hours, slamming doors, coming and going, and making sure we were part of their daily routine whether we liked it or not. The stench from the restrooms was so foul it could knock you out faster than the useless, tiny air conditioner, which was not only completely inadequate for the room size but also placed in such a ridiculous position that it barely cooled anything except the wall it was pointing at. Honestly, we’ve stayed in budget hostels with ten times the comfort and basic functionality. Spare yourself the misery and never, ever stay here.
