Silver Cloud Inn Lake Union

The location of this hotel is just perfect, giving easy access to the attractions of central Seattle (by car/taxi, public transport or on foot) but without the less desirable aspects of actually staying there - and at a very reasonable price. Views over the lake are stunning, and it is a joy to watch the seaplanes take off & touch down. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with a good comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean, with good quality toiletries. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Parking secure and convenient. A bonus is Duke’ Seafood restaurant just across the street.

I had a fantastic stay at the Silver Cloud Hotel Lake Union. The beds were incredibly comfortable — one of the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Manager Mel was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly during our visit. Special shoutout to Enzi at the front desk — they were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The service here is top-notch, and the comfort level is hard to beat. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay, nothing overly impressive about the hotel. Free breakfast is good and complete. Parking is expensive, we stayed for the Fourth of July and got a fireworks room which had a great view. Bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. They are currently doing construction on their lobby, so they have a temporary check-in/lobby on a different floor. They just wasn’t anything that blew me away about the hotel. Good place to stay, I would stay again.
