The entire staff is very humble and helpful and they always treat you in a respectful manner.

Hotel Silver Fern, Saket is THE WORST PLACE I have stayed in my recent times. Firstly, they had space for parking and they just refused to let me park my car nearby. Since the very first experience till last was really pathetic. I'll list out all the ways they pissed a customer. The first room they gave me had no power inside and the washroom was totally useless as it had all taps leaking and water spraying whole over. I had to request and pester them for a room change and that room also had one dysfunctional shower. That complaint was purposefully neglected. And the towels were smelly and the bathrooms were foul smelling Most horrible amongst all the chaos in this hotel was they had a very old lift without maintenance. I WAS STUCK IN THE LIFT for almost 30 mins. Nobody from staff helped me in handling heavy baggages during check in and check out. If they can't carry forward it with responsibility such a hotel in a capital city is a shame. Also not to forget how the roads till the property is congested and suffocating. It's hardly a narrow, one way space on the road. I'm posting this to warn everyone to not even choose this even if you can't find any option nearby. This is such a failure and a waste of money and time. Utterly disappointed
