Silver Palms

We stayed in a condo, which was great. The pool area was good and the check in process really good. The location was perfect, about 5 mins off the 192 & only 15 mins to all of the Disney Parks. There is a Walmart & a Publix very close by.

Great place to stay. Quiet and lots to do on site after a long day at Disney and Universal.

Our room had multiple issues. Toilet handle was broke plus burner on stove didn't work. Front door lock broke first day we sent a message to owners no reply . Then they preceded to replace said broken lock and entered our room without permission or our knowledge. Back door didn't lock at all. Restaurant menu said they were open until 9:00 last call for food was 9:00, but when we arrived at 8:07 they said they closed the kitchen at 8:00. Then why advertise open u til 9:00 . Last but not least worst of all I was told on a hot Friday morning that they couldn't serve anything but beer and wine at tiki bar? Because ice machine was broke it should be fixed by this afternoon. Came back that afternoon still no cocktails ask what's going on and was lied to my face. Was told ice machine was cleaned the day before and still hasn't produced ice. Which that's the lie because when I was getting my necies baby an apple juice from front store seen said ice machine. Said saff only. When she wasn't looking I looked there was ice. So I proceeded to ask again when ice machine produces ice can I have a drink then . She said no because the bartender was going home early even though they are advertised open until 11:00. Worst vaction experience ever.
