Pretty good place for short stay. The front desk service pleasant and helpful. Rooms are tidy and clean. There is a SPA but I did not use it. There was not a remote control to the tv screen. Wien asked and got the remote, it did not work. On the second day, after clearing service I did not get back a new face towel. Breakfast tasty but far from the europian variety. Paid 42000 dirhams for 2 double rooms for 3 nigths.

Pictures are deceiving!! Our room was not prepared for our arrival. The room was dusty and the trash bin was still full of trash. There was only one towel. After the first night our room was cleaned the next day and that was a better representation of what it should have been with a clean room, fresh towels, soaps, etc. The staff are relatively friendly and helpful. Unfortunately English is hard to come by generally in Casablanca. The location is about 15min by taxi from most tourist spots but it is not well located in terms of walking and surrounding amenities. It's a good fit for purpose if you just need a place to sleep and shower.

The hotel service is poor, the rooms are not in that good condition, poor wifi, and the price does not reflect the quality offered.
