Amazing experience, the staff were very friendly and attentive. They provided unlimited bottled water free of charge, sent straight to the room. They even had a welcome tea set when we checked in and free afternoon tea was provided every day from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, which we unfortunately did not try as we were usually out during that period. Would definitely return to this hotel if I return to HCM! (Also I love the design of the lobby and rooms, it felt like I was on the movie set of Dune)

Location: Centralise and walkable to all touristy spots. A convenient store right beside the hotel. It's along the roadside, so do expect on and off honking from the vehicles. Hotel & Room: The interior architecture is interesting and condition is well maintained. Bed is comfortable too! Service: All the staff are very approachable, attentive and have lots of patience in explaining the things around. Something unique: The hotel offers a free afternoon tea from 2-3:30pm. Special request: Requested for a late checkout due to late flight, staff was nice to extend our checkout time as much as possible (with a full booking the next day). We were still allowed to go for afternoon tea and use the hotel's shower facilities.

The location of this hotel is truly excellent, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City itself. Beyond that, the staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Every interaction was met with professionalism, helpfulness, and a genuine desire to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel based on its prime location and the exceptional service provided by its team. While the service and location were top-notch, potential guests should be aware that the rooms are not entirely as depicted in the hotel's promotional photos. I strongly advise looking for "real" guest photos on review sites rather than solely relying on the hotel's official images to manage your expectations regarding room size, decor, and overall appearance. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. However, it's worth mentioning that the walls are quite thin. The hotel acknowledges this and thoughtfully provides earplugs in the room, which were definitely appreciated and necessary for a peaceful night's sleep. Despite the room discrepancies and thin walls, the outstanding location and the genuinely excellent service from the staff make this hotel a recommendable choice, especially if those aspects are your top priorities. Just go in with realistic expectations about the rooms, and you'll likely have a great stay.
