Silverland Jolie Hotel

Tucked away from the noise but so close to the hustle and bustle. Great location. Very safe. Staff are extremely friendly. Pool is small but the spa is nice and cold. Great free afternoon tea to sample local foods. Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a junior suite and more than enough room.

We chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews—and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel was charming and impeccably clean. Breakfast and afternoon tea changed daily and were always delicious. We also ordered room service during our stay—it was not only incredibly tasty but also delivered promptly, which impressed us even further. From the rooftop bar, we enjoyed breathtaking night views of the city and the illuminated cruise ships passing along the Saigon River. It was a truly special experience. The location was also perfect—we were able to walk to nearly all the places we wanted to visit in the city. That made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional service at the reception. During our stay, there was a mishap with a Mekong Delta tour we had booked through the hotel—we had to wait for about an hour due to a transportation error. However, the hotel staff responded with sincerity and took full responsibility with thoughtful follow-up. We are especially grateful to Ms. Edith at the front desk and Ms. Mai, the operations manager. Their professionalism and warm hospitality left a deep impression on us. When we return to Ho Chi Minh City, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed at Silverland Jolie and honestly? It was such a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in a peaceful little street in District 1, it felt like a calm escape from the chaos of Saigon but still super central. The hotel has this charming, slightly vintage feel, nothing flashy, just warm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely kind, always smiling, and made everything feel easy. The room was clean and comfy, and the rooftop jacuzzi overlooking the river? Definitely a highlight. Perfect spot to just breathe, especially after a long day out in the city. They also do this cute complimentary afternoon tea, little pastries, tea, and a chill vibe that makes you feel taken care of. If you’re looking for something cozy, not cookie cutter, and with real heart, Silverland Jolie is a great pick.
