We arrived early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. Luckily, we were able to check in early (for a small additional fee), which was absolutely worth it after a long journey. After a full day exploring Ho Chi Minh City, we wrapped up the evening with some much-needed relaxation at the rooftop pool. Vy and Hieu truly made our night memorable with their wonderful service, delicious signature cocktails, and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for a fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back! I stayed here for about 3 nights, everything was really great. The room was very clean and airy although there were some inconveniences in the way while the hotel was under renovation but overall it was fine. The staff were all friendly, I was worried because I was afraid I wouldn't be used to the food but it seemed that the breakfast at the restaurant was very good, the food was beautifully presented and the staff here were very supportive, especially the bar manager named Thuan on the rooftop who was very kind to my children, and after dinner although I came back quite late, they still served a very good hot and cold jacuzzi pool, the drinks here were also quite cheap and delicious. I booked a spa service and had a great experience, the next day I made an appointment with my friend to come back to experience but the schedule was full. I will book at Sakyo if I have the chance to come back.
