Silvermist Wine Estate

You still get places where the fast pace of city living isn't catching up with you. Silvermist hotels is a place like that, it's peaceful and relaxing where you can enjoy the beauty of the area, sit back and just relax, enjoy a glass of wine, proudly organic and certified. You can enjoy the pool and recharge, the service is great and the staff is very helpful and friendly and take the time to enjoy the food at the restaurant it's something special.....

Amazing views from the cottages and vibe of the whole area makes your stay so peaceful. We loved the place, the nature and were accommodated so well by Lindsay. Would be great if the cottages had a small but regular kitchen, I would love to be able to make some food there to eat on the terrace and wash dishes without hitting your head on the shelf in that "wardrobe" which hides sink and fridge :)

Unfortunately, the Silvermist Hotel did not meet our expectations. We had booked two bungalows, but the day before, I received a message that the bungalows were unavailable due to a technical problem. At reception, I had long "negotiations" over the rooms. I was then allowed to view and choose... All the rooms initially looked "good." Upon closer inspection, they were all quite dated, worn, and in need of renovation. The bathroom facilities were very run-down. The terraces were overgrown with no view. The pool was very small and dirty. At breakfast, there was only one young woman in charge of the guests, and she was completely overwhelmed. Never again and I do not recommend it.
