Hotel is 3 stars but service provided by Hikmet is 5 star. Hikmet is an incredibly kind-hearted person who goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. He anticipates my needs before I even ask, making every stay seamless and comfortable. His warmth and attentiveness truly set him apart. Highly recommend this hotel for their service
The best hotel, middle class, in the centre, close to the shopping centre Orion, walk distance 1.5 km. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English, but our waiter ind the restaurant Hikmet speaks Bulgarian. All of them are very polite and smiling people. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable, nothing is missing, the lady which cleans the room changes every day the towels, makes our bed and so on. The breakfast is good and healthy, with traditional Turkish salami and pastries.
The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are very clean and maintained. It has everything in them. We lacked nothing. The staff is great. Some of them also speak Bulgarian. The restaurant is on a level. Hikmet served us. Very good and kind person, like everyone else. The location is good. We recommend
