Although we did not stay at this hotel this is a review for the amazing restaurant that we dined at twice during our stay in Klosters. We enjoyed our dinners so much that we can’t stop talking about the food that we enjoyed even though we are back home. The restaurant sets the standard very high for what we would consider fine dining and a real skill of cooking from the chef. The presentation of the dishes was a treat for the eyes and a joy for the taste. The waiter and waitress were so professional, welcoming and helpful with choosing the food and wine, even the owner came around to see that we were happy with everything which showed us how he cares for his guests. We feel so lucky that we found this restaurant after the disappointment of the food served for dinner at the hotel we were staying at.
