Sim Boutique Hotel is a nice place to stay in Phnom Penh, located close to the Olympic Stadium and just a short ride from popular spots like the Royal Palace and Central Market. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a local touch. One of the best features is the rooftop pool and Sky Bar, which offer great city views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is decent with both local and Western options, though it can get a bit slow when it’s busy. Staff are generally friendly, but service can be inconsistent at times. Some guests have mentioned small issues like slow elevators or unexpected charges for minor stains on towels or sheets. Overall, it’s a good-value hotel with modern comforts and a great location. It’s ideal for travelers who want a cozy stay, but a few service improvements could make the experience even better.
Amazing rooms, with high quality materials and craftsmanship. All the amenities are modern and the layout is very well thought out. The morning breakfast was exceptional and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for stay in Phnom Penh!
The rooms are large and nice. The service is an issue, one elevator for 15 floors and the staff are constantly using them. We often had to leave an extra 10+ mins. Lots of staff doing nothing. At check out I had to go up to the room and show them every towel individually. They argued their should be 2 hand towels, didn't confirm that their staff had actually left that many... I asked if they had an inventory for our room and of course they didn't...I'm supposed to check what towels are there on arrival?
