The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was not strong enough, and water temperature was not hot enough. Also, there is no wall or door separating the bath and toilet. Towels are placed in the bath. Additionally, noise and morning alarms in the next room are too loud to be heard through the tube. But staff members of the hotel are very nice and friendly.

I have been to this place a few times for lunch and other meals - mostly buffet lunches. My biggest issue is that so much of the food is left to go cold and I really dislike cold food. A simple microwave to be available would solve the issue, Thai customers don't tend to worry about their food being cold. Secondly I have never been offered a drink of any description - water glasses are topped up constantly but never have I been asked if I would like any other drinks. Go to the Kantary down the road and they really push the drinks !! Buffet lunch is great value but please keep the food warm 🙂 I cannot score the rooms as I've never stayed as a guest

Nice restaurant. Rooms comfortable. You have to be very careful not to leave the room without a card as you can't use the lift without it. Don' t use the stairs cause you can get stuck - doors open from the outside only.
