Simaisma A Murwab Resort

This resort truly deserves a full 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The place is not only beautiful and elegant, but also incredibly clean and well maintained. The customer service is outstanding the staff are very professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, making it the perfect getaway. Truly a world-class resort that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best experience!

I was really disappointed with my stay at Simaisma Resort. For a property of this standard, I expected much better service and basic amenities. The villas didn’t have any silverware or cutlery, which was very inconvenient for a big family like ours. We also had to keep requesting essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, and even water because they weren’t provided in the villa. Every time we called reception, it either took a long time to get items delivered or they forgot altogether. I would not choose to stay here again unless major improvements are made.

Excellent service and polite staff especially ikram and abdelmohsan! Thank you kitchen staff for , making breakfast the highlight of our day! I have an issue with rooms, bathrooms and basic amenities.The villas didn’t have any silverware or cutlery, which was very inconvenient for a big family like ours.
