Simena Comfort Hotel

Overall, our vacation was pleasant and a great experience. Family atmosphere, sports-cultural programs for all ages from a very friendly animation team (the waterpolo referee should be more competent in controlling the game 😄) and polite to the vacationers! Varied cuisine, a Turkish-Mediterranean mix, quality! The kitchen and dining room staff, serious and professional! Clean rooms and secure privacy! Good job of the cleaners! The reception is not up to par. With the afternoon shift we had a not so nice experience: We asked for tennis rackets (they cost €10 for 1 hour), and the staff asked us to pay in banknotes and not in coins?! Coins that we had received after a purchase from the hotel market located only 10 meters from the reception?! Pointless and offensive! Of course I didn't accept and refused to buy, my son didn't feel good about it! The opposite with the night receptionist: Very polite, communicative, accurate guy, good English! Very annoying SPA staff: That lady on the first day, we hadn't even checked in, "bombarded" us with offers for massage or oiling 🙄. The guy with the towels, wouldn't hand me the towels if he didn't finish the massage offer (after I had told him 3-4 times that I wasn't interested). The other guy with a hat and glasses was also bothering the kids at the children's park, near the volleyball! One afternoon my kids were both sitting on the swinging bench, this one sat next to them, should he swing too?! They got scared and left. I asked him to leave and he spoke to me arrogantly! It didn't seem normal to me! Another problem is the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and elevators! Overall, the experience is fantastic and impressive! We especially thank the boys and girls of the Animation Team who made our vacation days fantastic!

Very good value for money. Decent variety of food and different entertainment every night. The only downside is that the supermarket inside the hotel tells you the price in euros and charges you in lira and will add on more money to try and catch you out.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was a disaster. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially the receptionist who seemed to have no interest in helping guests. Any issues or concerns were completely dismissed without any effort to resolve them. The personnel across the hotel were consistently unfriendly, and it felt like customer service was their last priority. There was no sense of hospitality or care throughout my stay, making it a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a stress-free, welcoming stay, avoid this hotel at all costs.
