We had a a wonderful stay at Simola. The apartments are well kept with stunning views. Roxanne, Tracy and the whole team were very attentive to our needs. The hotel is very well managed. The golf course is challenging and well maintained. We look forward to visiting again.
Service is amazing, the staff are always superb. Food is good but the menu is a little limited. View is spectacular
The water in the kitchen and bathrooms is not clean, it is red in color and has a sewage smell which affects the safety of the resident. It is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel not to install water filters and not pay attention to these important matters, which affects the hotel's reputation. The hotel should inform the guest about such matters before his arrival. The strangest thing is that when you ask about the reason, you do not get an answer, and if you want to cancel the reservation, they do not refund what you paid.
