Beautiful facility but terrible management – never again The hotel looks very nice: recently renovated, modern, and visually pleasing. Unfortunately, behind the facade lies a truly disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with a broken shower. After reporting it, they changed our room, but even there, the shower leaked everywhere, so much so that part of the room flooded. Unacceptable, especially for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was one of the most disappointing aspects: low-quality, unpleasant-smelling cold cuts, identical pastries garnished with Nutella and coconut powder, placed there without any care or variety. It was more like a cheap hostel breakfast than a luxury establishment. The staff was friendly but extremely passive: present, but never truly attentive or helpful. The result? We couldn't even sleep well due to the constant inconvenience. A real shame, because the property has great potential, but it is poorly managed, and the services are absolutely not up to the 4-star standard. An experience not to be repeated.
