Nice . A really quiet place . If you want no one disturbing you , you want to spend your own time this is the place. clean big bed and a huge clean bathroom also. I realy like this place . Rooms are same to same which is given in online. I stay room number 4 and a balcony with this room. I give 5 star

I had it booked for 3 months and unfortunately, our reservation got cancelled LESS THAN 12 HOURS prior to the check-in, and the hotel didn't even offer to find a different accommodation for us. Moreover they wrote to me on my personal number and kept pushing so that I cancel the reservation, as if it was my fault for some bullshit they did with my reservation. When I asked the personnel to write to me on the website, to have an official record, they kept saying stuff like "It's not gonna make a difference" and "Do you think I'm mocking you?". Moreover, I did talk to the property like 1 week before asking if it's ok to do an earlier check-in and they said yes it's all good. They could've told me back then about the double booking, and this is another point in showing how horrible my experience with them was. Ive never had a worse hotel booking experience, usually things are ok, and NEVER has it happened that the hotel canceled on such SHORT NOTICE and without a backup plan for us customers. They were very unprofessional and rude & it totally ruined our family's plans for the weekend.

Hello. I'd like to report a complaint about our reservation with Simona Hotel (link to booking) We have made a reservation from Sep 20th to Sep 24th. When we arrived on Sep 20th there was no one to meet us at the hotel, we called the hotel but no one answered. An hour later, the host came and told us "Sorry, we don't have water in the rooms and we cannot have you as the guests". We have canceled our booking but still got no compensation for our troubles as we had to quickly find another hotel because we had to sleep somewhere. We still haven't got the money back. We payed the full price in advance!
