20/10 My Rating for this Hotel. Our Weekend stay was amazing at this Hotel, from the first greeting at the desk, Adam, took care of us. Our room was amazing and wonderful. All the amenities needed, a home away from home is what if felt like. Location, walking distance to everything. Cleanliness was 10/10. I would go back to this same hotel in a heartbeat. It didn't feel like a weekend trip. Again it just felt like being home.

The suites were great, I booked specifically for the washer and dryer but the kitchen was also very helpful for our stay. The suites are nice and clean and the extra furniture is nothing fancy but allowed us to work out of the room and also have food etc. Amenities were also great, nice gym and billiards room. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Josh and Matt helped change our reservation around multiple times as our plans were very fluid. Would stay again, highly recommended.

Good one night stay. Service at check-in and check-out was laidback but pleasant. Staff was helpful. Room was very spacious and bedding was excellent. I got great sleep. Location was central. This is by all means a good accommodation and represents a fair value, especially if you’re in need of accommodation for an extended period, but there are a few things that prevent reStays from being great: 1) shower water pressure was extremely low during my stay in an executive one bedroom suite in the sparks tower. I don’t mean to say that the pressure was not to my liking, but the pressure was too low to effectively shower. 2) sickly sweet chemical-like smell in the suite. The scent used to clean or perhaps perfume the rooms felt clinical in nature and made me question what previous odours they may have been trying to mask. 3) no floor/elevator security. The only lock/security implementation in place at this property is the lock on the door to your suite.Made me feel slightly uneasy but perhaps this is normal in Ottawa (I was visiting from out of town). 4) sewage smell on the first floor/lobby. Self-explanatory. If those considerable shortcomings were addressed this would be pretty much perfect stay.
