A comfortable room, at the top rear, so nice and quiet. A few things looked in need of renovation or at least a handyman, for example the toilet roll holder was coming loose. Air conditioning and wi-fi were both excellent. The kitchen was ok although a few things were missing, there was only one wine glass. But a good place to stay for Olympia, and by London standards, a reasonable price

I stayed at this hotel for around four days. Overall, the staff were cooperative and polite, which I appreciated. However, the bed sheets were not clean — I had to dispose of some just to feel safe and hygienic enough to sleep. There was also visible mold in several areas of the bathroom, including the shower, water tap, and wall edges. Additionally, I found some insects inside the room, which was concerning. I spent around 9 to 11 hours outside the hotel each day exploring London, because I felt that staying in the room for extended periods (other than for sleep) might pose a risk to my health.

- The AC was not working, and the room was swelteringly hot. I asked at the front desk if they could look at it, but they said they had AC but would not turn it on until they thought the weather was suitably warmer. The room was hot. - The room had a TV, but it was hanging off the wall, and despite trying multiple times to tune it could only get one channel. I asked at the desk if they could look at it, and they said that this was normal, as the TV reception was really bad at the hotel, so there's nothing they could do. - The Wi-Fi was barely 4 megs, no matter what device we tried it on. - No room service on any of the days we were staying, except for towels dumped on our bed. The room was already dirty and had no soap (although an empty shampoo container was left in the shower from a previous occupant). - It advertised luggage storage, but we were also told that we could not leave our bags with them. Overall, a pretty awful experience.
