Simurg Inn

Finding a room at Simurg Inn isn’t easy… but if you’re lucky enough to get one, a truly special stay awaits. The view is breathtaking, the atmosphere deeply peaceful, and the entire place feels like a retreat for the soul. One of the most inspiring parts is their beautiful book collection, carefully curated and full of hidden gems. Every season has its charm here, but my favorite time is when Asos gets cool enough to light the fireplace. There’s nothing quite like it.

We had an amazing short-stay at Simurg Inn. The place is beautifully decorated and peaceful, with great scenery. The super friendly dogs that greet and accompany guests are a huge plus, filling the air with positive energy. The restaurant offers the freshest and the most delicious food in the region, with great service. The staff in general treat you like valuable members of family, thinking of every detail during your stay. Ms. Zeynep is a gem, elevating the whole experience. Overall, highly-recommended. Looking forward to our next stay.

As a travel agent and traveler, I have been to many places all over the world, from hostels to luxury hotels, staying at Simurg Inn was a very nice experience. The service was excellent and the food was gourmet+. BUT they do not have a tourism hospitality code. Usually at hotels or even hostels you sign your expenses during your stay so you can control them. We were a party of 7 and they never presented the bill. In such a case, we thought it was included, but on the second day, they started showing it to us occasionally when we specifically asked for it... It has 8 rooms and we reserved 3 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel they offered us a different room than the one we booked as the hotel was empty we were sure we got an upgrade. Upon our check out we realized this was not an upgrade! They gave us a higher priced room without informing us. Moreover, they played with our bill, while the reservation prices were shown in Euros, but at check-out they asked for the payment in higher Turkish Liras, and they billed us 400€ higher than the price we paid our deposit for. As you can see, we got scammed... So be aware! And keep track of your expenses. Other than that, his nature was beyond normal.
