We stayed at this hotel for two nights and absolutely loved everything about it. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, both at breakfast and at the reception. A special thanks to Veronica , who was always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed—she truly made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

I stayed in Room 723 August 30, 2025 I wanted to congratulate you and your staff on the service and care that was afforded to my wife, Jennifer, and myself. I think it is important to let those on your staff our appreciation. From the moment we walked in, the front desk made us feel at home. Although we had had a bad experience traveling with the airlines, everything changed when we stepped into your facility. We were offered a superb room, almost immediately, even though we arrived early in the morning. The bell service delivered our luggage, then we were approached by Veronica Tawfik, guest services. Veronica was so helpful the entire stay, looking after us like she knew us all her life. I just can’t say enough I must stay, from the cleanliness of the room to the perfect shower, the tone was set. We were able to use the concierge to book cabs and a private drive for one day. The buffet for breakfast was a real winner and I thought the employees should know. Thank you to everyone there, I highly recommend the future travelers put you at the head of their list for top hotels in Rome.

Front desk and hotel staff not helpful. Tried to check in early and hotel staff “Barbara” told us no rooms were available all day until after 3:00. Seems a little hard to believe. They are not very accommodation at all. I would recommend many other better hotels in the area for Rome . Being an avid traveler to Rome the Le Meridian in Prati is excellent and staff is exceptional. If you are traveling to Rome choose an alternate hotel that is more accommodating and friendly. After all when you are paying, hotels need to be very accommodating!! This hotel IS not.
