My stay at this hotel for four nights was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The staff were all excellent, from the housekeeping team to the front desk and concierge. They were always friendly and helpful, especially the staff who provided the convenient golf cart transportation to and from the rooms. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, including a great selection of halal options. The Indian chef was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. The concierge team was a major highlight. They were incredibly helpful in booking several tours for us, and their service was excellent. I also loved the hotel's app, which made accessing all the services very easy. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was the stunning rooftop terrace (Starbucks). The view from there was absolutely incredible, and the atmosphere was simply beautiful. The only negative point was the lack of privacy in the villa pool. Unfortunately, there was zero percent privacy, which was a disappointment. Overall, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel staff. Their outstanding service and constant smiles made our stay special from the first day to the last. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Sinae Phuket completely exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning, and we loved that we could borrow kayak and even a Nintendo Switch for free – such a fun touch! Breakfast was fantastic too, with lots of variety and great options for kids. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be coming back!
My partner and I stayed in the Sky Infinity Pool Room for our 4-day, 3-night honeymoon—and it was honestly incredible! The room was stunning, super relaxing, and just perfect for some peaceful, quality time together. The service was top-notch. Huge thanks to Nam, Mint, Pat, and Tonic—they were all so friendly and helpful, and really made us feel welcome from the start. Every little detail was taken care of with a smile. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing escape, this place is such a great choice. We loved every moment and definitely think it was worth it. Can’t wait to come back someday!
