It was a very wonderful experience.. The service is excellent.. The staff are always smiling and very nice.. The food is plentiful, varied and delicious.. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are always clean.. The pools are amazing and one never needs to leave the hotel.. Thanks to all the wonderful staff

Sinbad Club hotel was superb for a lastminute sunny getaway. You have the waterslides, pools, spa, a short walk to the beach to relax. Hot & varied food options everywhere. Pizza made to taste near the beach was our fav Mohamed Y was the chef. I think more bar staff at the beach bar or even more waiters to take orders from the beach would be beneficial as no one really likes queuing and can get frustrated when multiple drink orders are made and you have to wait for one. In the main dining area special thanks to Ramadan Ahmed who looked after us & provided a great service for our little getaway. Breakfast omelettes were supurb and pasta made to taste by the chefs. Tried the italian restaurant Al la Carte, which was nice if you wanted a different setting. The service was good throughout. Ahmed took your towels on the beach and helped move the sunbeds which was lovely, always kind. Thank you everyone & hope to visit again in the near future. Sincere thanks from mother and daughter.

Positive is this hotel has a short transfer, rooms were nice and the beach is nice. Negatives follow, the arrival procedure is awful rushed, put in any room they feel like and then if you complain you can go back the next day and get what you actually booked with a lot of fuss, waiting around and feeling like your being difficult. The staff are extremely rude especially if your a woman or not with a man, not including the housekeepers on level 4 who were lovely day in day out to everyone that passed by. The pool guys at the main pool are ridiculous, they would steal people’s sun beds for locals or people who tip them to go get them a bed. They wouldn’t care if you’ve been sat there all morning, in the pool or just popping for lunch you would come back and find that you are one bed short or all beds they really just didn’t care. The entertainment team and programme is poor needs a lot of work, hardly saw them in the 10 days we were there and if you did they didn’t speak, wasn’t friendly and didn’t do much to include you in anything. Food options not great especially for kids, bars constantly run out of ice and warm drinks given out. Out of 16 people in our party 11 had bad belly and stomach cramps. Tips if you’re a light sleeper don’t take a city view room because it’s busy and noisy especially at night with beeping constantly. Tips if you want a great time take lots of money to keep tipping because they all want your money they couldn’t care less that you’ve paid for the holiday already and that tips should come at the end after good service they expect it at the beginning and for every last little thing.
