I recently had the pleasure of staying here and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! Every single team member pays attention to the smallest details, ensuring that you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. Whether it was the friendly front desk staff, the attentive waiters, or the helpful concierge, it was clear that the entire team was dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond when it came to assisting with transportation. Whether I needed a taxi or a car service to my next destination, they promptly arranged everything, taking the hassle out of my travel plans. It was such a relief to have this level of support. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, the rooms are big, the beds are amazing and the breakfast is on another level. A big thank you to Moe Vidusa for going over and beyond she memorized everything we liked and brought it to our table even before we asked, staff like this are the reason hotels do well. The staff in the executive lounge also went out of their way at all times from surprising us with birthday cakes to making sure that we always received halal food, there’s not one thing I could say that I wasn’t happy with. Our second visit here and can’t wait to go back

Husband booked this place as a birthday getaway, and it was one of the best stays I've had. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, bed so comfortable, breakfast spread is amazing, convenient shuttle service to Central World mall. And the cherry on the cake is the service, all the staff are so genuinely nice and courteous. Absolutely loved our experience there :)
