Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel

We recently celebrated our wedding at Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, attentive, and made the planning process incredibly smooth and stress free. What truly touched us was the surprise setup in our room champagne on ice, a lovely cake, and chocolates. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely appreciated and celebrated. The service during our celebration was impeccable. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel to anyone planning a wedding or special occasion. Their hospitality and attention to detail created beautiful memories we will always cherish. Great location. Nice lobby. Club lounge and pool area are fantastic. Elevator service dampened the whole experience. The hotel really needs to do something about this. Only 3 elevators for a 400 room hotel. Expect to wait 30-40 minutes to take an elevator during peak occupancy. Very disappointing that they have t figured this out.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms, corridors are dated and the lifts just don’t work. If you are staying here factor 10 minutes to get from the ground floor to your room and 15 to come back down. Worse of all there is no acknowledgment that there is a lift issue.
